Risk: OVER TIME, THE CRACK COULD PROPAGATE AND IF NOT HEEDED, COULD RESULT IN MOUNTING RING FAILURE, POTENTIALLY CAUSING THE RIM TO SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE.
