Reefer Dispatch
Temperature-controlled trailers maintaining -10°F to 60°F for produce, frozen goods, meat, dairy, and pharmaceuticals. Reefer units consume 0.5-1.5 gallons diesel per hour
Flatbed Dispatch
Open deck trailers (48-53 feet) for steel, lumber, machinery, and construction materials. Standard capacity: 48,000 lbs, dimensions 8.5' wide x 5' deck height. Requires chains, straps, tarps for securement
Step Deck Dispatch
Drop-deck trailers with 42-inch lower deck height for freight up to 10'2" tall. Upper deck 11-13 feet, lower deck 37-40 feet. Max capacity 46,000 lbs. Ideal for tall equipment that exceeds flatbed 8'6" height limit
Power Only Dispatch
Tractor-only moves pulling shipper or broker-owned trailers. No trailer investment required. Intermodal trips average 78 miles. Port drayage requires TWIC card ($125, 60-day processing)
Box Truck Dispatch
Straight trucks (16-26 feet) for last-mile delivery and expedited loads. 26ft trucks: 10,000-15,000 lb payload, 1,500-2,000 cubic feet. Under 26,001 lbs GVWR = no CDL required
Hotshot Dispatch
Heavy-duty pickup trucks (F-350, Ram 3500) with 33-40 ft gooseneck trailers for time-sensitive LTL freight. Non-CDL: under 26,000 lbs combined. CDL: haul up to 80,000 lbs
