About Reefer and Box Truck work

Reefer

Temperature-controlled trailers maintaining -10°F to 60°F for produce, frozen goods, meat, dairy, and pharmaceuticals. Reefer units consume 0.5-1.5 gallons diesel per hour.

Typical freight: Fresh produce, Frozen foods, Meat and poultry, Dairy products, Pharmaceuticals, Beverages.

Box Truck

Straight trucks (16-26 feet) for last-mile delivery and expedited loads. 26ft trucks: 10,000-15,000 lb payload, 1,500-2,000 cubic feet. Under 26,001 lbs GVWR = no CDL required.

Typical freight: Amazon relay loads, E-commerce deliveries, LTL freight, Furniture, Appliances, Medical supplies.
